The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance identifying a suspect in a recent theft.
On August 13th, authorities said the man in this surveillance camera image, walked into Lowes Food on Highway 42 at Highway 50, picked up several packages of meat, placed them in a handheld basket then left without paying. The suspect got into a black passenger car, possibly a 2015 Chevy Impala and left. The meats were valued at $300.
