When was the last time you had a truly great customer experience in Benson? If you’ve visited Walgreens in the last few years, chances are you may have had a great customer experience when talking to Bob Johnson. The Town of Benson Staff and Jenny Campbell of Jenny’s Sweet Creations surprised Johnson with the second “Caught Ya Doing Good” award and a gift box from Jenny’s.
Robin Wulf, Pharmacy Director at the Benson Walgreens, said the following about Johnson’s “Caught Ya Doing Good” award: “Bob is always positive and greets every person walking in [to Walgreens].” Johnson was nominated because he is an exemplary front line service person and shares Benson’s positive community image with visitors and citizens alike.
