GREENSBORO – Members of the Clayton High School chapter of FCCLA joined over 800 high school family and consumer sciences students at the annual State Leadership conference held on March 18th through March 20th at Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The following students received recognition of scoring within the Top Five of their event:

Clayton High School FCCLA has a membership of 55 students. The advisors are Heather Bryant, Portia Eiden and Shelley Roberts.
“We are excited to be able to provide our students with this experience. It allows them to meet and create friendships with students from all over North Carolina. They are able to showcase their hard work and gain valuable life experiences in the process,” said Heather Bryant, advisor.
Competition finalists who received first and second place will advance to international level competition at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference that will be held June 29 – July 3, 2024, in Seattle, Washington.
