At their Jan. 16 meeting, the Johnston County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a request by the Clayton Town Council to make the following appointments to the Clayton Planning Board and Board of Adjustments representing the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) area of the Town:
Planning Board:
Mike Surasky, Cabin Creek Court, Garner (term expiring Dec. 31, 2026)
Anita Bland, Loop Road, Clayton (term expiring Dec. 31, 2026)
Jeffrey R. Spence, N. O’Neil Street Ext., Clayton (term expiring Dec. 31, 2026)
Board of Adjustment:
Jim Perricone, Southmont Street, Clayton (term expiring Dec. 31, 2026)
