JOHNSTON COUNTY – The Johnston County Easter Invitational was held April 12-15 at South Johnston High School. Cleveland High won the Championship game on April 15 by defeating Wake County Homeschool Warriors by a score of 10-7.
Cleveland also defeated Faith Christian Academy by a score of 9-1 in Round 1 on April 12 then defeated South Johnston on April 14, also 9-1, in the semifinals to advance to the championship game.
It was the 4th consecutive JCEI Tournament championship won by Cleveland.
