BENSON – Deputies are investigating an early-morning break-in at a Johnston County convenience store. On Sunday, September 19th around 3:00am, an unknown male suspect broke into the Meadow Market at 7358 NC Highway 50 South in the Meadow community.
The suspect stole several cartons of Newport cigarettes before he fled. The suspect appears to be a white male with a shaved head. He appears to have a walking abnormality.
