COVID-19 put an early end to the school year and a sudden end to high school for the Class of 2020.
On Wednesday, Corinth Holders High School held an Adopt A Senior Event. A total of 103 school staff paid a visit to all 466 seniors to brighten their day. During the visit they gave each senior a Class of 2020 yard sign and a special gift.
Principal Brian Johnson said the seniors were excited about the visit.
Johnston County Public Schools has not announced how commencement will be held for high school seniors this year but has a group working on a plan.
