Deputies Say Selma Driver Fled Before Pulling Over

JOHNSTON COUNTY — What started as a routine traffic stop on NC Highway 39 North near the Wake County line ended with an arrest.
On Jan. 13 around 11:27 p.m., a Johnston County deputy sheriff tried to pull over a 2021 Chevrolet driven by 32-year-old Dalia Crystal Ruiz of Hare Street, Selma. Authorities allege Ruiz did not stop immediately, continuing north into Wake County before eventually stopping.
She was charged with misdemeanor fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, driving left of center, failure to maintain lane control, and following too closely.
Ruiz appeared before a magistrate and was released on a $5,000 secured bond.

If people would comply\n Stop when you’re supposed to. obey the commands of the officer. And you might save yourself the hardship.
If Renee Nicole Good actually stopped and obeyed she would still be alive today.
FACTS
Yes Sir, you are 100% correct.

Should of gave her a reckless driving ticket
How to change a minor infraction into a much more serious one, for no reason whatsoever.
