The driver of a Chevy SUV was seriously injured in a crash Tuesday morning in Johnston County.
The single vehicle accident was reported at 9:47am on County Line Road off Highway 39 near the Johnston-Wake County line.
The male driver of the overturned SUV had to be extricated from the vehicle before being rushed to Wake Medical Center with serious injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by the NC Highway Patrol. Photos by John Payne
