A former tenant is accused of breaking into a rental home he had recently been evicted from.
Authorities said Brian Lee Morgan, 24, was recently evicted from a home on Applewhite Road. Johnston County deputies responded to the address Thursday afternoon after the landlord reportedly found Morgan had forced his way back into the address.
Morgan, who allegedly admitted to removing the eviction notice posted on the door, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering. He was released on a $500 bond.
