A 31 year-old Johnston County man is being held under a $2 million bond after his arrest Monday on charges he raped and impregnated his 11 year-old biological daughter.
The pregnancy was reportedly discovered by medical workers after the child went to an area hospital complaining of abdominal pains.
Almicar Rodriguez-Molina, 31, of Middlesex was arrested by Johnston County sheriff’s detectives on incest, statutory rape and taking indecent liberties with a child warrants.
The Johnston County Department of Social Services is assisting with the investigation. No additional details were released because the victim in the case is a juvenile.
