A woman is accused of breaking into a Johnston County home by crawling through the doggie door of the residence.
A resident on Highway 50 North returned home on Friday and discovered prescription medication was missing. The homeowner had previously installed a security camera. After reviewing the video they allegedly saw 40 year-old Aimee Barnas Vann of Willow Spring crawl through the doggie door and remove the items.
Deputies said the victims were familiar with Vann because she was arrested in October 2015 for breaking into their home through the same doggie door and stealing items. She is currently on probation for that offense.
Vann was located by Johnston County deputies on Tuesday and charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny. She was confined in the Johnston County Jail under a $25,000 bond.
