Filing Period Ends For 2025 Municipal Elections
JOHNSTON COUNTY – The two-week filing period for Johnston County municipal elections ended on Friday, July 18 at noon.
The following candidates filed for office this year.

So many incumbents running for re-election. Here’s YOUR chance to actually make a change! #VoteOutIncumbents #MAGA
Unfortunately most of these incumbents will be on the ballot unopposed. Residents of JoCo do a lot of complaining but few are willing to step up and really do something about it. I did years ago, is it easy no is it possible yes. You have to be willing to do it, complaining doesn’t fix anything.
