Four Inducted Into JCPS Athletic Hall Of Fame

Four individuals have been inducted into the Johnston County Public Schools Athletic Hall of Fame.  A special ceremony was held on March 23rd at the Corinth Holders High School Cafeteria.

The Class of 2019 included Reggie Barnes, Smithfield Selma High School Class of 1985; Johnny Dutch, Clayton High School Class of 2007 Brian Honeycutt, South Johnston High School Class of 1992; and a posthumous induction of Phil Lee, Meadow High School Class of 1966.  They are the 75th through the 78th inductees into the Athletic Hall of Fame.

The first Hall of Fame class was inducted in 2007.  The goal is to recognize the efforts and accomplishments of dedicated athletes, coaches and support personnel.

The Johnston County Athletic Hall of Fame Exhibit is located at the West Campus Building on South Third Street in Smithfield.
