FOUR OAKS – A 29 year-old man was arrested April 27th following an undercover investigation involving the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics in the Four Oaks area.
Richard Dale Baker, 29, of 1787 Highway 96 South, Lot 9, Four Oaks was arrested on eight felony drug violations including possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance.
On two separate occasions in April, Baker allegedly sold numerous morphine pills to undercover agents.
Baker was incarcerated in the Johnston County Jail in lieu of a $125,000 secured bond.
