A Four Oaks teenager was arrested by deputies with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into a car break-in last month. On April 15th, a resident on Blackberry Creek Drive in the Willow Spring community reported someone had entered her car and had stolen a purse, headphones, social security and debit cards.
Authorities later determined the stolen debit card was used at several locations in the area by the suspect, 19 year-old Roger Alvester Geddie Jr. of the 1900 block of Black Creek Road, Four Oaks.
Geddie was arrested May 8th and charged with five offenses, including breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny, possession of stolen property, financial card theft and conspiracy. Geddie was incarcerated in the Johnston County Jail under a $50,000 secured bond.
