Four Oaks Man Faces Felony Charge Over Private Image

FOUR OAKS, N.C. – A 47-year-old man has been charged with a felony after he allegedly shared a private image of a woman, according to the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.

Jesse Wayne Beasley, of the 1400 block of Reedy Creek Road, was arrested Sept. 16 following an investigation by sheriff’s deputies.

Authorities said a woman contacted the Sheriff’s Office Aug. 26 and reported she had sent Beasley a nude photograph of herself.

Beasley later allegedly shared the image with another person, investigators said, without her permission.

He was charged with felony disclosure of private images.

While deputies were serving the felony warrant Sept. 16, they reportedly found oxycodone in Beasley’s possession.

He was additionally charged with misdemeanor simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Bond was set at $25,000 on the felony charge and $500 on the drug charge.
