A package containing a large amount of marijuana was intercepted earlier this month by Four Oaks Police.
A box containing 5.8 pounds of marijuana being sent to an address in Four Oaks was intercepted by the Wilson Police Department. On February 13th, Four Oaks Police completed an undercover delivery of the package to an address on West Allen Street.
Immediately after the controlled delivery, a search warrant was executed at the home. Warrants were obtained for the arrest of Rondrika Artis of Raleigh. He was later arrested by Raleigh Police.
Police Chief Steven Anderson estimated the street value of the drugs at $8,700.
