Several area churches will be conducting a free Community Health Fair this Saturday, March 7th from 12 Noon until 3:30pm. The Health Fair will take place at the National Guard Armory at 406 Hospital Road in Smithfield.
The event will include free health screenings, free clothes and free food for those in need. The Johnston County Health Department will also have a booth.
Combined Unity, Gethsemane, Mt. Sinai and Smithfield First Seventh Day Adventist churches are sponsoring the event, which is open to the public.
