Johnston County Public Schools will be offering free meals during the summer months to children and teens 18 and younger through USDA Food and Nutrition Services.
Schools in Johnston County serving free summer meals include Cooper Academy, Micro Elementary, Selma Elementary, and West Smithfield Elementary. All four locations will serve meals Monday-Thursday beginning June 10 through Aug. 8.
Adults in attendance with their child will have the option to purchase a lunch for $3.50. Breakfast adult pricing is à la carte.
