Harnett County Sheriff Announces Promotions

Harnett County Sheriff Wayne Coats has announced several promotions at the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.

From Left to Right – Aaron Meredith was promoted to Captain of Operations;. Donald Lucas, Sergeant of Traffic/K-9;  Bobby Strickland Jr., Sergeant of Patrol;  Michael Weaver,  Investigator; Gladys Dufrane, Sergeant of Patrol;  Robert Wilson, Captain of Patrol;  Matthew Ballard, Corporal of Patrol; Benjamin Wood, Lieutenant of Patrol;. Tara Stewart, Corporal of Civil; and Sheriff Wayne Coats.

Randall Byrd (no pictured) was promoted to Sergeant of school resource officers.
