Johnston County Commissioners have approved the appointment of Charles Harper to the Benson Planning Board for the extra territorial jurisdiction of the town. The Benson Board of Commissioners made the appointment on May 8th and requested commissioners approve their selection.
Harper, a local business owner, and a resident of Tarheel Road, was appointed by commissioners on June 4th to a term on the Benson Planning Board – ETJ Member expiring December 31, 2019.
