    • And of Mr Keith! Law enforcement should be confirming the residency and immigration status of EVERY person they contact. No except

  1. There should not have been any question that no charges would be filed. The father did no wrong and as far as I am concerned, he is a hero!

  2. It is sad to here that this guy lost his life due to his own stupidity and the care taker of the family was left with no other choice .

  3. It always sucks to have to kill or injure someone to protect your property, but we all know the police can never get there in time. I am thankful this homeowner is free of all charges and sad for the loss of life. Maybe criminals will hesitate if they know that homeowners can protect themselves. We will need our weapons in the future, trust me on that.

    • I am not sad for the loss of life here! He made the choice to do what he did. What would he have done with the children if he got his dirty hands on them and would he have felt sad to do whatever he was going to do with them. Dad, your the best!

  4. Great job dad,, the intruder is where he belongs.. I’m glad that the District Attorney stands behind a man protecting his family
