I-95 Crash Injures Three People

Two cars, a brand new RV and a tractor trailer were involved in a multi-vehicle accident Monday on Interstate 95 at Interstate 40 near Benson. One of the cars overturned.

A total of 3 people were injured. Two were taken to Wake Medical Center and one to Betsy Johnson Hospital. We’re told none of the injuries were life threatening.

The crash backed up traffic on I-95 for several miles until the wrecked vehicles could be towed away.
