JCSO Arrest Suspect For Taking Indecent Liberties With Minor
JOHNSTON COUNTY – An investigation launched in 2022 has led to the arrest of a Wake County man. Jesus Pavon Acevedo, age 38, of Durwood Drive, Raleigh was arrested March 15, 2023 by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office and charged with a single felony count of taking indecent liberties with a child.
Authorities said the alleged incident took place in 2022 in Johnston County. A specific address was not disclosed. Acevedo is also facing charges in Durham County for indecent liberties involving the same juvenile victim.
Acevedo was confined in the Johnston County Jail in lieu of a $150,000 secured bond.
