JCSO Executes Second Search Warrant Within A Year At The Same Home

FOUR OAKS – For the second time in less than a year, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office STAR Team and Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at the same Four Oaks area home.
On July 17, agents executed the narcotics search warrant at a residence in the 1700 block of Parkertown Road near Interstate 95.

During the search, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located.
James Leonard Parker, age 58, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samantha Kay Pate, age 32, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

On July 24, 2024, agents searched the same property and arrested three people, including Samantha Pate. Two children were removed from the address and placed in the custody of the Department of Social Services.
