- Child Fatality Prevention Team – Kristi Nelson – reappointed; Karen Mills and Mary Heilig – appointed (3 year terms)
- Johnston Community College Board of Trustees – Henry “Hank” W. Daniels – reappointed (4 year term)
- Jury Commission – Thomas Turnage – reappointed (2 year term)
- Juvenile Crime Prevention Council – Stacey Motley (appointed); James Spencer Jr., Jackie Lee, Tony Nazal, Douglas Sorrell, Lama Sinno, and Nakunda Everett (reappointed) (2 year terms)
- Library Board of Trustees – Kathryn Nicolia (appointed) (3 year term)
- Voluntary Agricultural District Advisory Board – Kesha Exenma (appointed) (3 year term)
