Johnston County Little League World Champions To Be Celebrated Saturday

ARCHER LODGE, N.C. – Johnston County’s Little League Softball World Champions will be honored Saturday afternoon with a parade and community celebration in Archer Lodge.

The parade will begin at 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Archer Lodge Town Hall and travel to Archer Lodge Middle School.

A ceremony honoring the championship team will follow at the ball fields. A meet-and-greet with the players is also planned following the ceremony.

The celebration recognizes the Johnston County Little League softball team following its 2026 Little League Softball World Championship.

Organizers are encouraging residents to line the parade route and attend the ceremony to welcome the players home and celebrate their accomplishment.
