Johnston County Man Charged With Sexual Assault
BENSON, N.C. — A Benson man has been arrested and charged in connection with a reported sexual assault, according to the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.
Justin Robert Foster, 23, of Baileys Crossroads Road, was arrested March 8 and charged with second-degree forcible rape. Authorities said he was also served with two outstanding warrants for felony probation violations.
Investigators said the case stems from an incident reported on Feb. 7. A woman in her 20s told deputies she had been attending a gathering at a private residence when Foster allegedly forced her into a room and assaulted her against her will.
Foster was jailed without bond on the rape charge. He was given a $100,000 secured bond on the probation violation warrants.
The investigation is ongoing.

The article said allegedly forced her into a room. Meaning there is not any evidence to prove that it happened. Don’t you think you are jumping to conclusions with your punishments. Innocent until proven guilty. Democracy still exist in America even if our current administration doesn’t abide by it.
Allegedly only holds up until court, rape kit proves his guilt in court. He’s a POS, and I can say that truthfully because I know him and the trauma he’s brought to others lives.

Ummmm, democracy has nothing to due with jurisprudence and WE ARE A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC not a democracy. Learn the difference.
Democracy is a system of government in which power belongs to the people. Instead of being ruled by a single person or small group, citizens have the right to participate in making decisions—either directly or by electing representatives to act on their behalf. That is what I meant by democracy idiots. And if you think for one second that Trump care about this country, you are more ignorance than I imagine you to be from the start.
You’ve got some nerve calling anyone other than yourself an idiot. The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic. We have never been a democracy.
A republic that elects representatives to act on our behalf. That is still a form of democracy.
