On Wednesday, Johnston County Schools Superintendent Dr. Ross Renfrow, announced the Johnston County Principal and Assistant Principals of the Year in a ceremony at Corinth Holders High School.
Kenneth Bennett was named the 2016 Principal of the Year. Bennett is the principal at Dixon Road Elementary School. “The epitome of a hands on administrator,” Dr. Renfrow said describing Bennett. “This is one of the great ones.”
Maritza Rosado, the principal at Selma Middle School was named the 2016 Assistant Principal of the Year. Dr. Renfrow said, “She is a stickler for details. She has a hand in everything we do and what the pulse of the school is at all times.” Photos by John Payne
