During their July 2019 meeting, Johnston County Commissioners approved a request by the NC Department of Transportation to add the following streets to the State Maintained Road System in Johnston County:
- Bornean Drive, Kaspurr Drive, and Kason Drive – Kyndal Subdivision – Cleveland Township
- Knights Bridge Drive – Saint Johns Wood Section III – Clayton Township
- Mystical Court – Jordan Ridge – Cleveland Township
- Naples Lane, Castello Way, and Sienna Way – The Reserve at Tuscany Phase 1, 2, 3B, 4A, 4B – Wilders Township
- Ravencliff Ridge, Grey Hawk Drive, and Brookford Court – Mason Park Subdivision Phase 1, 2 – Cleveland Township
- Wallbourne Drive, W Saddle Court, E Saddle Court – Wallbourne Subdivision – Wilders Township
- Willard Wood Run – Gordon Farm Phase 3 – Pleasant Grove Township
