The Clayton Town Council has appointed Natasha Ellis-Smith to fill a vacant seat on the Library Advisory Board.
Ellis-Smith lives in the Amelia Village apartments and has community leadership experience with the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and the March of Dimes.
She works as an IT analyst for Duke University/Due Technology Health Systems.
The appointment was made during the town council’s January meeting.
