Man Accused Of Selling Pills To Undercover Agent

The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division has arrested a Benson man on four felony drug offenses.

Franklin Keith Killian, 49, of Dana Park Drive, was arrested Wednesday afternoon.  Sheriff’s Captain Jeff Caldwell said Killian sold prescription pills to undercover officers in November 2015.

Killian was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, and the sell of a controlled substance.  Bail was set at $75,000.
