HARNETT COUNTY – A driver was arrested after leading police on a chase from Dunn through Erwin and Buies Creek that ended outside a home on East Park Street in Coats around 2 p.m. Thursday.
Officers from the Erwin Police Department, Coats Police Department, N.C. State Highway Patrol and the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office joined Dunn police in their efforts to apprehend the suspect.
No injuries were reported in the chase.
The name of the arrested driver has not yet been released.
