Following a six week investigation, a Smithfield man has been charged with posting inappropriate photos on the internet.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office said they received a report on July 10th from a woman who said personal images of her had been posted on a website ad. The victim said the only person who had those images was her ex-husband.
On Thursday, Sang Nguyen, 34, of Michael Lane, Smithfield was arrested and charged with disclosure of private images, a felony offense. He was booked into the Johnston County Jail under a $20,000 bond.
