Man Arrested After Reported Indecent Exposure At Adult Store

CLAYTON, N.C. — Clayton police arrested a Smithfield man Tuesday night following a report of indecent exposure at an adult retail store.
Officers responded around 10 p.m. April 7 to the Adam & Eve store in Clayton after a report of indecent exposure. The suspect had left the business before officers arrived, according to Police Chief Greg Tart.
A description of the suspect was provided, and officers later located a man matching that description sitting inside a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu in the store’s parking lot.
Police spoke with employees who identified the man as the individual who allegedly exposed himself inside the store.
Officers arrested Oscar Daniel Rodriguez, 28, of Smithfield, and charged him with two counts of indecent exposure. He was also charged with possession of an open container of alcohol and carrying a concealed weapon, according to police.
Warrants allege Rodriguez exposed himself to two female victims inside the store. Warrants also allege that he had an open container of wine and a Four Loko in the passenger area of his vehicle and a black 9mm handgun in his possession.

Ok JOCO elite, I can’t wait to read the comments about someone exposing themselves at an “Adult” store.
How stupid do you have to be to sit there in your car and watch the police arrive?
That’s probably the sickest part of all, doing it but then waiting around to see the results of your dirty work. People are sick.
Adult store? Maybe they should hire him. He could stand outside holding a sign advertising the sales inside. Just saying a free peep show
Lol
Why would he think anyone wants to see his junk?
