A man wanted for the armed robbery of a local Family Dollar store has been arrested.
Last December 10th, a man entered the Family Dollar on Wayne Memorial Drive, brandished a knife and robbed the store.
Goldsboro Police later identified Quentin Bryce Barnes, 31, of N. George Street, Goldsboro as the suspect.
On Wednesday, Barnes was arrested during a traffic stop by Goldsboro police officers. At the time of his arrest, Barnes was wanted on a fugitive warrant from Greenville, NC.
He was given a $775,000 bond on the robbery charge. He was held without bond on the charges out of Greenville, where he is awaiting extradition.
Barnes was also wanted for failing to appear in a Wake County courtroom on a charge of obtaining property by false pretenses.
