A West Johnston man was arrested Sunday for allegedly stealing tools from a residence on Southgate Drive in the Cleveland community.
Eric Scott Clark of Grand Stand Lane, Angier was charged with four counts of larceny and two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
On August 18th, the victim reported hand tools valued at $585 were stolen from their home. The victim said Clark had previously lived at the address. The 25 year-old suspect was placed in the Johnston County Jail under a $50,000 bond.
