  1. I’m not trying to be funny this is what needs to be where u don’t get a bond.. All these women out here you want to touch a defenseless child..Then on tip of everything they want to protect them while their locked up!!! The damage that the kids go through mindwise is sad..

    • Our legal system does not use bond/bail as punishment – it is to make sure one goes to their court dates. I should say the legal system is *not suppose* to use it that way. They have. Some people can afford high bonds, most cannot. Sometimes the bonds match the charges – sometimes they do not. If a person arrested is deemed to be a danger or menace to society if they were to be released – before a trial occurs – that is where the no bond comes into play. Also depends on who you are/who you know – especially in JoCo. One can kill their best friend and a local bigwig can vouch for you and you get released pending trial.

Diego is born and raised here.
No excuse for his actions if he is guilty of the charges. I hope the child is getting therapy, etc.

  2. This DISGUSTS me. I would say I’m shocked how much this type of thing happens in JoCo, but I’m not shocked at all. What does make me feel a tiny bit better every time I open this site and see this stuff is the fact that at least these monsters are getting charged. That shows me that our LEOs take it seriously whether the judicial system backs them with appropriate punishment or not. Keep fighting for the children y’all. At the very least that trash will have to register as a sex offender and vigilant parents can keep their children away from them.
