Man Arrested On Felony Warrant Dating Back To 2016

FOUR OAKS — A man wanted on a felony charge for nine years was taken into custody last week after authorities located him at a Four Oaks residence.

Jesuse Guadalupe Zul, 27, whose most recent address was on Cove Lane, Four Oaks was arrested on December 12.

According to the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office, the case dates back to June 2016 when a juvenile victim reported that Zul, who was living in Smithfield at the time, allegedly shared a sexually explicit video of the victim with several individuals.

Zul was questioned during the original investigation. A felony warrant for disclosure of private images was later issued; however, authorities were unable to locate him at that time.

On December 6, 2025, Zul was reportedly involved in a hit-and-run collision in the Raleigh city limits. The incident resulted in property damage. Raleigh Police obtained a misdemeanor hit-and-run warrant for his arrest, which included a current address.

Johnston County deputies located Zul on Dec. 12 at the Four Oaks address, where he was taken into custody on the Raleigh Police warrant. He was also served with the outstanding 2016 felony warrant from the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.

Zul was released after posting a $20,500 secured bond on the two charges.
