CLEVELAND – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 41 year-old man on criminal charges after he was reportedly caught with a 15 year-old juvenile in his car.
Spinks Michel of Raleigh was arrested after deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on a path off Royal Oak Lane in the Cleveland community around 11:21pm Friday, May 10. Michel was reportedly found with the juvenile in his car.
Michel was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and second degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was given a $50,000 secured bond.
