Kenly Man Linked To Theft At Construction Site

PRINCETON – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office has charged a suspect in connection with the theft of items from a construction site on Old Rock Quarry Road near Princeton.
On June 7, the victim discovered a ladder and other items had been removed from the job site. Combined, the items were valued at approximately $300. The suspect was reportedly captured on a security camera at the job site.
Steven Franklin Parker, age 44, of the 3200 block of NC Highway 222 East, Kenly was charged with felony larceny from a construction site and given a $5,000 bond.
