No charges will be filed following an accidental shooting near Benson on Sunday. A 25 year-old Benson man was at his home on Pollard Circle cleaning a handgun when it discharged striking him in the hand.
The bullet also damaged a chair and a wall inside the residence.
The victim was treated for minor injuries.
On Tuesday, authorities ruled the incident as accidental.
