Middle School Students Linked To Concession Stand Break-In

CLAYTON – Four students who attend Clayton Middle School will face charges after they allegedly broke into a concession stand behind the school.

On April 8th at 4:08pm, Clayton Police were dispatched to the school for a breaking and entering in progress. Police Chief Greg Tart said a coach at the school was moving a school bus and observed four people inside the locked concession stand.

Officers arrived and detained four juveniles, ages 13 and 14. Police said the concession stand door was kicked in and damaged and a door handle was broken. No money was taken, however damage was estimated at $1,000.

Juvenile petitions are being obtained on all four juveniles, three boys and one girl.
