Minor Injuries Reported After Multi-Vehicle Crash In Selma

SELMA, N.C. — A rear-end collision caused significant traffic delays Saturday afternoon on the U.S. 70 Business bridge over Interstate 95 at Exit 97 in Selma.
The crash involved four vehicles carrying a total of 10 occupants. Authorities said only minor injuries were reported.

All of the injured individuals were evaluated by first responders at the scene and did not require transportation to a hospital.
The accident backed up traffic at the busy interchange for an extended period while emergency crews worked to investigate the crash and remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway.

Selma Police, the Selma Fire Department, and Johnston County EMS responded to the scene.
