A school bus, passenger car and an SUV were involved in a traffic accident Friday morning. The collision occurred at the intersection of Covered Bridge Road and South Murphy Road in Archer Lodge.
There were 13 students on board the bus, which was headed to Corinth Holders High School. One of the students and the bus driver were transported to the hospital for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the NC Highway Patrol.
