Narcotics Found During Clayton Search Warrant, JCSO Says
CLAYTON – Five people are facing charges stemming from a narcotics investigation and search warrant in the Clayton city limits.
On August 1st around 7:00pm, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 309 Neuse Ridge Drive, in the Glen Laurel community. Drug agents reportedly found illegal narcotics including suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana, cocaine, suboxone, firearms, and a firearm suppressor.
Officers arrested Robert Arthur Breedlove, age 51, of 309 Neuse Ridge Drive, Clayton; Kristy Obriant Main, age 44, of Mountain Top Drive, Garner; Stephanie Lynn Britton, age 40, of Wolf Creek Circle, Raleigh; and Victoria Plaza, age 40, of unknown address, Garner.
Breedlove was charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was given a $10,000 bond.
Main was charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, conspiracy to sell methamphetamine, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000.
Britton was charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance and one count of delivery of a controlled substance. Bail was placed at $50,000.
Plaza was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and given a $10,000 secured bond.
Warrants were obtained against a fifth suspect, Patrick Christopher O’Dwyer, age 45, of New Bern, NC who was already in custody in Harnett County. O’Dwyer was arrested August 1 by Dunn Police after they reportedly found narcotics and a gun in his car. The Johnston County warrants were forwarded to the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office to be served on O’Dwyer in the Harnett County Detention Center.

Not a bond over 50,000 and fentanyl was involved. Let that have been some weed and they would have booked them under the jail

Judge needs to retire. Such a low bond only encourages crime and we don’t want it in our county.
Such a “low bond”??? I believe a entire years salary for most common folk in this state could be considered more than “low”. Any higher and the very right to bail would be non existent. This is still the United States of America, we have all lost love ones to drugs and the war on them but I would implore people to remember what sets this nation apart and the reason it is the world leader.
