SMITHFIELD – Two 10th graders at Neuse Charter School were honored by being selected to attend the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar at NC State in Raleigh.
Bella Strickland and Elizabeth McGinnis will attend the 3-day leadership program in June 2024.

Elizabeth is the daughter of Amy and Chesley McGinnis of Selma and Bella is the daughter of Jennifer and Brian Strickland of Clayton.
