New Sampson County Driver License Office Opens
SAMPSON COUNTY – The North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV) and the Town of Garland held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Dec. 22 to mark the opening of the new driver license office in Garland.
This is the first of four new driver license offices to open that were funded through the “mini-budget” (House Bill 125), which was passed by the North Carolina General Assembly and signed into law by Gov. Josh Stein in August.
The new office, located at 35 S. Ingold Avenue, will be open weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and provide convenient access to driver license and ID services for residents of Sampson County and surrounding areas, helping to reduce wait times and improve customer service across the state.
