A Sampson County man is facing drug charges in Wayne County.
Jeffrey Scott Klaiss, 37, of the 1000 block of McLamb Road near Newton Grove was arrested Tuesday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Drug Squad and ACE Team.
Investigators were looking for stolen property when they encountered Klaiss. During a search, 3 grams of methamphetamine and digital scales were reportedly found.
Kliass was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given an $8,000 bond.
